Clean and maintain your BrushUpdated a year ago
Here's a quick guide on how to maintain your brush:
1. Cleaning
If your brush contains boar bristles, we advise you to remove any hair from the brush pad after each use.
For a thorough clean, we recommend using a microfibre or an old sticker, wrapping it around a stick and sliding it between each row.
This way, you can remove any residue from your brush for optimal brushing.
We do not recommend immersing your brush in water or washing it with soap, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the boar fibres.
If your brush is 100% vegan, i.e. without boar bristles in the first instance, we advise you to remove any hair from the brush pad after each use. Then wash it in cold water with a little soap.
2. Maintaining
We advise you not to use heat (hairdryers, curlers, straighteners, etc.) on your brush, as this could damage the synthetic fibres.
To ensure that your brush lasts a lifetime, we recommend you to slip it into a protective pouch when you travel, to avoid bending or twisting the natural fibres of your brush.
