Your orders are immediately sent to our workshop so that they can be prepared as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to modify the content.

Nevertheless, as soon as you receive your order, you can proceed to an exchange or return directly on our platform with your order number starting with #WEB... and your email address.

If you have chosen the delivery to a pickup store, please, do not collect your order.

It will then be sent back to us after 12 days. As soon as your return is validated (2-3 weeks), we will refund you so that you can place another order.
