Your orders are immediately transmitted to our logistics partner Sympl.
However, you will be able to modify your delivery information as soon as you receive a notification from Sympl, generally 24 to 48 working hours after your placed order.
Be sure to watch for this notification by email or SMS, depending on the details you provided when you made your purchase.
Once your order is in transit, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the destination.
If you have chosen delivery to a pickup store, it is not possible to change the destination.
