Exchange or return a productUpdated a month ago


If you purchased your product from a retailer, we invite you to contact them to learn about their exchange and refund policies. We cannot exchange or return products purchased from one of our retailers.

It is possible to exchange a product purchased at our shop or on our website directly at our shop
. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds at our shop; you need to go through our website.



You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to make a return or an exchange.

A returned product will only be accepted if it has been purchased on our site and is in its original packaging.

The return procedure may take some time (between 2 and 3 weeks). Each brush is hand-checked and each order is processed, allowing for a personalized return.

As soon as your return has been validated, you will be notified by email and you will receive your exchange or refund within 10 working days.

For mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg, returns are at our expense. And in the event of an exchange, you won't be charged for the cost of the new delivery!

You can edit your own return slip in just a few steps, using your email and order number beginning with #WEB... :

1. Go to our returns plateform here. If you need to, you can find out all about the process in detail here!
2. Choose whether you want to return or exchange your product.
3. Put the brush in its original packaging and slip it into an envelope.
4. Stick the label on the envelope
5. Drop off your parcel at La Poste or a Colissimo post office. 

For the USA and the rest of the world
Returns are at your expense, we advise you to use Fedex or DHL to have a tracked courier to send your product back to us. 

We only accept returns, not exchanges.
