Exchange or return a productUpdated 3 months ago

For all orders placed with one of our retailers, we won't be able to process the return. Please, approach the concerned retailer to know its Exchange, Return and Refund policy. 

For all orders placed on our eshop, they can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the shipping date as long as : 

  • The hair brush has been cleaned and is in good condition
  • It's sent back in its original packaging 
  • It’s not a personalized, engraved hair brush

If the return is made from Metropolitan France, you are free of charge : both return fees and new delivery costs for an exchanged are offered.

The return process can take time (2-3 weeks) as every brush returned are very carefully checked one by one. 

To edit your return label, you will need your order number starting with #WEB... and your email address :

  1. Go on our return platform here
  2. Select either Exchange or Return
  3. Wrap your hair brush into its original packaging and place it in an envelope
  4. Stick the label on it 

As soon as your return is validated, you will be notified and will receive your new product or refund with 10 business days.
