Delivery and Shipping

Track my order

After placing your order, you will receive an email or text notification within 24 to 48 working hours. After this period, if you have not received it, contact us at here by selecting Delivery & Shipping and then Track my order.

Late delivery

There are times that tracking shows delivered, but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the parcel within 3 business days, please contact us at here by selecting Delivery and Shipping and then Other.

Choose my pick up store

The pickup store option is available on our website. Once your order is completed and the payment made, you will be able to choose it.

Delivery policy

IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE. Costs and delivery times depend on the destination, and will be displayed before your basket validation. If applicable, you will be responsible for the related expenses such as custom fees.
